What's the librarian doing in Washington, D.C.?
A bunch of stuff with CCA in mind...details to come later...but this post is about the books I scored at the brand new Smithsonian National Museum of the American Indian...by virtue of their inclusion in this bookstore I knew they would be respectful of American Indian culture and adhere to the highest academic standards...so here they are:

- Jim Thorpe: Olympic Champion
- Geronimo: Young Warrior
- Life of the Powhatan:
- The Diary of Maria Rosalia de Milagro
- Mohawks of North America
- Meet Kaya: An American
- North American Indian Motifs
Library Team: I mailed them first class today - Friday - expect them by Wednesday; I put in all the cataloguing info, so they are ready for data entry.
